Jefferson Lodge is located in Fulton, Missouri in the former Callaway hospital building. We cater to the needs of disabled adults age 18 and up. Fulton offers a small town atmosphere with a slower pace. Most of our clients walk the three blocks to the lovely refurbished court street with it's turn of the century storefronts. Fulton has two colleges also.
We have private and semi-private rooms, three meals a day plus snacks served to you with

friends in our lovely dining room. You can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from being safe, comfortable and with good friends and competent staff; all at suprisingly low prices.
Whether what you need is a little help with the task of bathing, dressing or

help with medications, our staff will cheerfully help, while allowing you to maintain as much independence as possible.
